Argon to attend 3rd CBRNe Convergence Conference

Argon will attend the 3rd Annual CBRNe Convergence Conference to be held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida, USA, 2-5 November 2010.

The growing reputation of this conference series which is organised by CBRNe World magazine, is already attracting a high level of delegates to hear speakers from civil and military organisations and industry market leaders from around the world.

Steven Pike will be giving a detailed presentation focused on the PlumeSIM system on the first day of the conference in the Training Stream.

Under a title of "PlumeSIM – A cost effective, portable table top and field exercise CBRN training system" this presentation will look at
  • Making classroom CBRN training more exciting and fun to enhance the learning experience.
  • Using table top exercises to maximise the impact and benefit of field exercises.
  • After action review – so how effectively did you actually use those instruments, and what decisions did you make / influence?
  • Using simulators to reduce the operational costs and availability of using real detectors to train.
Argon will also have a selection of our latest simulation instruments on display for delegates to view at our exhibition booth (#407). and in case all this isn't enough to whet your appetite, we'll just repeat the words "November" and "Florida".
